Next Sunday is Father’s Day. My parents both have birthdays only ten days apart this time of year, and between school ending and summer starting we always seemed to forget Father’s Day when I was little. But part of that was because I have a fantastic father, who we celebrated all year round. This year I took him to see the Steep Canyon Rangers when they were playing locally. It was fabulous!
My Dad still to this day helps me with studio and store projects any time I ask. He recently helped me move our giant planters back to the front of the store and plant our summer flowers, and came over to the studio to help us mix the heavy buckets of glazes. He is kind, giving, supportive, and I love him.
And if you are lucky enough to have a good father - well - nothings says Happy Father’s Day quite like something handmade from my store. We would love to see you in person or ship you something via the website. Good Dad’s are worth celebrating all year round!
